U.S. Customers

·       New and unopened merchandise may be returned with receipt within 15 days of purchase for refund of the merchandise cost only (we cannot reimburse shipping costs.) Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sell-able condition.  Return shipping cost to be paid by purchaser.  Please contact us before returning merchandise. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned. Once item is received and is found to be unused/unmarked/sell-able, a refund of the merchandise cost only will be issued within 14 days.

·       If you receive a defective or damaged item from us, please call us or email us so that we can fix this for you! We will gladly ship a replacement and assist you with your return.
